Big pile of NOPE

I read the Tutorial many times over... Build rails EXACTLY to the specifications in the instructions. Everything looks good... but no matter WHAT I cant get the signal at the top to show up to release the trains. Because of this you just sit there getting fines over and over until the game ends... never ever seeing a train dispatched. The developer either needs clearer instructions or needs to fix the bugs in this app. Not fun in the LEAST bit. Glad I didnt have to pay for this!
