Who copied whom?

Retired Folks didnt do their homework. Last time I checked August 11, 2009 comes before January 6, 2013. This app was around 3 1/2 years before the app they mentioned.

The graphics are primitive but cute. The controls are frustrating and difficult to master. By the time I have track built the game is already over. Im not a fan of timed games so this one is not for me.
